Statement from the Otto Bremer Trust in response to the merger agreement between Bremer Financial Corporation and Old National Bankcorp

ST. PAUL, November 25, 2024 — Today Bremer Financial Corporation and Old National Bankcorp jointly announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement.

That agreement will not affect the work of the Otto Bremer Trust.

Our trustees remain committed to the Otto Bremer Trust’s mission of investing in people, places, and opportunities in our region, and we will continue to invest in our communities through grants and program-related investments.
